I believe that behind every data point, there is a human story waiting to be understood. My journey: from the high-pressure environment of the ICU to the analytical world of Data Science, has always been driven by a single purpose: helping people move forward when they feel stuck.

Whether it’s a patient in a critical moment or someone struggling with the weight of mental health challenges, I’ve seen how the right "substrate" the right support, the right data, or the right technology, can be the difference between stagnating and thriving.

My Commitments:

• Mental Health Advocacy: I want to help people understand their own neurological "architecture" so they can stop surviving and start living. I believe we can move past "lucky guesses" in medication toward real, personalized support.

• Advancing AI for Good: I’m developing Novi not just as a machine, but as a bridge. I want to use AI to create tools that empower people, especially those who have been overlooked by traditional systems.

• Social Justice through Data: I believe that data is a powerful tool for equity. I aim to use my analytical skills to highlight disparities and help build more just systems for everyone, especially here in El Paso.

I don’t have all the answers, but I am dedicated to building the tools and sharing the insights that help us all find them together.
